With regard to user uploaded images for the custom products, you acknowledge that you are the copyright owner of the image and are granting Cheeky Trinkets a license to produce the product to be printed as per your direction; we do not use these for any internal or external use other than to complete your order. These files are periodically deleted from our server.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.

Other Terms

SHIPPING

Cheeky Trinkets will ship goods within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Please note however that due to the nature of our business (our products are handmade) there can be delays if we experience high volume and we will contact you if this is the case. You will be notified once the goods have been shipped (we use Australia Post). Delivery times will be entirely dependent on Australia Post's schedule which can be seen here. If goods arrive damaged or not at all please contact us using our returns form.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Our products are hand made and of low cost. If an item fails within 30 days please contact us on our returns form so we can arrange an assessment.
At our discretion we may elect to either repair or replace the item if we deem it to be a manufacturing or shipping issue. In the case of a custom image trinket we may require the image to be re-uploaded.

Whilst every effort is made, if an extremely poor quality image is uploaded (less than 600 DPI resolution) the print quality of your Cheeky Trinket may be blurry. If we feel the image is substandard we will contact and advise. If we do not get a response within 24 hours we will proceed with the sale as per your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if a situation comes up where you are legally entitled to a refund, Cheeky Trinkets reserves the right to refund payments using the same method that the original payment was made with. In the case of PayPal payments this means refunds will only be provided to the same account used to pay for the order.

GDPR and the EU

Cheeky Trinkets does not collect any data without your prior knowledge or consent. This being said we can remove any data you have provided us at your request by using the Contact Us page linked at the bottom of this website.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Cheeky Trinkets maintains the right to refuse the production of any custom Cheeky Trinket we deem to be offensive or have questionable legality. This includes items that we may determine could be used to harass, offend, demean or intimidate someone. We may also reject any orders where we have concerns about copyright breach. Given the common-sense nature of this stipulation such orders will be immediately cancelled and refunded (minus PayPal transaction fees).
