Photo Tips
For the best result, choose a photo that is:
- clear and in focus
- well lit
- large enough to see the face clearly
- preferably the original image rather than a screenshot
- not heavily filtered
- not already tightly cropped around the head
A good phone photo is usually completely suitable.
Very blurry, tiny or heavily pixelated images can limit the amount of detail we can reproduce, so starting with the clearest version you have always helps.
Important To Know
Your photo may need to be cropped or repositioned slightly to suit the round photo area.
Printed colours can also appear slightly different from how they look on a phone, tablet or computer screen because screens and physical printing reproduce colour differently.
We prepare your image for printing, but the finished result will always depend partly on the quality of the original photo supplied.

Will I see the design before it is made?
A digital proof is supplied before production where applicable, so you can check the personalised design.
The proof may contain a watermark.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
There may be slight differences.

How long does it take?
